A 54-year-old Bemus Point man is facing DWI and other charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies stopped a vehicle for crossing over the center line of Dutch Hollow Road in the town of Ellery early Thursday morning. Sheriff's deputies say they found the driver, Edward Warner, to allegedly be intoxicated. He was charged with fail to keep right, unlicensed operator, DWI and DWI per se. He'll appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
