A Harborcreek, Pennsylvania man will appear in Chautauqua Town Court on charges stemming from a traffic stop in the village of Mayville early Christmas Eve morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 37-year-old Darryl Huyck failed to to signal a turn on Lakeview Avenue. Further investigation determined that he was allegedly intoxicated. Huyck is facing DWI, DWI per se and fail to signal turn and will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
