A North East, Pennsylvania woman was charged with drunk driving after her vehicle became disabled last Friday in the Town of Ripley. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called out to Route 20, where a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Pamela McGrath had gotten a flat tire due to hitting an unknown object. Upon investigation, deputies determined that McGrath was allegedy intoxicated. She will appear in Ripley Town Court on charges of DWI and aggravated DWI.
