A Silver Creek woman was charged with drunk driving after a traffic stop early Sunday morning in the village. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Lillian Rybak on Main Street shortly after 1:00 AM. Deputies found that Rybak was allegedly intoxicated. She was charged with DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to keep right, and is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
