A Jamestown man faces drunk driving charges after he was allegedly found to have a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Peter Larsen for speeding on North Main Street Extension (Route 60) in the Town of Ellicott just before 8:00 PM Friday. A brief investigation revealed that Larsen was allegedly intoxicated. He was charged with DWI common law, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or greater) and speeding, then was released with tickets for Ellicott Town Court.
