An early morning traffic stop in the Town of Dunkirk on Sunday led to a drunk driving charge against a Fredonia woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over 25-year-old Shakia Oaks for speeding on Route 60 at about 2:15 AM. An investigation found that Oaks was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Dunkirk Town Court on charges of DWI and speeding.
