A 44-year-old Fredonia woman has been charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Porter Road in the town of Pomfret. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they observed a vehicle driven by Kimberly Jewell fail to signal a turn. After stopping the vehicle, an investigation led to the arrest of Jewell on charges of DWI, DWI Per Se, and unsafe turn without a signal. Jewell will appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
