A Westfield man was arrested early Sunday on outstanding traffic warrants out of Chautauqua Town Court. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle on South Erie Street in Mayville for an equipment violation just before 12:45 AM. Deputies say a passenger in the vehicle, 32-year-old Larry Houser, was found to have warrants for aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. Houser was arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
