A Fredonia man is in some hot water after he was allegedly found driving with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit in the East Town of Dunkirk. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers saw a vehicle commit several traffic violations on South Roberts Road on Friday, March 31st just before midnight. After an investigation, deputies charged the driver, 46-year-old Robert Krzyzanowicz, with DWI, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or higher), moving from lane unsafely, improper right turn, and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Krzyzanowicz will appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
