A Jamestown man has been charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in Jamestown on Tuesday. State Police in Jamestown say they pulled over 29-year-old Todd Bloomberg on Lakeview Avenue for a traffic violation. While speaking to Bloomberg, troopers say they could smell marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search located 14 marijuana cigarettes, two containers with approximately eight grams of pot and a pipe containing marijuana residue. Bloomberg will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
