A traffic stop in Falconer on Saturday led to a drunk driving charge against a Jamestown man. State Police stopped 75-year-old Marciano Pena on West Everett Street for a traffic violation and took him into custody after he allegedly failed several field sobriety tests. Pena later registered a blood alcohol content of .11%. He will appear in Ellicott Town Court on one count of DWI.
