A Dunkirk man is facing charges after he was allegedly driving while drunk in the Town of Sheridan. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Newell Road for a traffic infraction shortly after 3:30 AM. After a brief investigation, officers determined that 40-year-old Mario Basilio-Antonio was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Basilio-Antonio was charged with DWI, failure to keep right, and unlicensed operator. He was issued tickets for Sheridan Town Court and released to Customs and Border Patrol.
