A Jamestown man faces a handful of charges following a traffic stop early Thursday morning in Ashville. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Charles Green for a traffic violation on South Maple Avenue shortly after 1:00 AM. Deputies found that Green was allegedly intoxicated while operating the vehicle. Green was charged with DWI common law, failure to use a turn signal, and uninspected motor vehicle, then released to a sober party. He is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.
