An Ithaca man was arrested by New York State Police on Saturday on the I-86 Eastbound in the Town of North Harmony for aggravated DWI. Troopers responded to reports of an erratically operating vehicle and stopped the described vehicle after witnessing multiple traffic violations. Troopers placed 22 year-old Jeffery Kirkwood under arrest and transported him to State Police headquarters in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .19. Kirkwood was released and has been issued tickets to the Town of North Harmony court where he will appear later next month to answer to his charges.
