A Cherry Creek man accused of taking a riding lawn mower is facing petit larceny. State police arrested 46-year-old Steven Oryszak after being witnessed taking a riding lawn mower on Southside Avenue. State Police recovered the lawn mower soon after the incident. Oryszak was arrested and processed at SP Jamestown and released with an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Cherry Creek Court at a later date.
