A 53-year-old man will appear in court for drunk driving after getting pulled over for a traffic violation in the Town of Chautauqua. According to Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, James Bradford was stopped for crossing the hazard markings on Centralia-Hartfield Road shortly after 2:15 AM Sunday. Deputies ran standard field sobriety tests and determined that Bradford was intoxicated. Bradford was also allegedly found to have an expired license. He was charged with DWI, unlicensed operation, and driving across hazard markings, and will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
