A traffic stop in the Town of Collins lead to the arrest of a Gowanda man on multiple drug charges Tuesday night. Erie County Sheriff Deputies stopped 47 year-old Robert Mingle for vehicle and traffic violations. While speaking with Mingle, Deputies could see suboxone strips on the center console. After searching the vehicle, Deputies also found a crack pipe. Mingle is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of possessing a controlled substance not in the original container, and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Mingle was released with appearance tickets for Collins Town Court.
