Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Silver Creek man with DWI after a traffic stop in the Town of Hanover late Sunday night. Officers pulled over a speeding vehicle on Routes 5 and 20 just before midnight. After an investigation, they determined that 23-year-old Anthony Morales was intoxicated. In addition to the DWI charge, Morales was charged with speeding, moving from lane unsafely, and refusal of pre-screen breath test.
