A Frewsburg woman has a court date after she was allegedly found driving while drunk in Bemus Point. State Police in Jamestown pulled over 27-year-old Abbey Benton on Main Street early Sunday morning for committing traffic violations. Troopers say Benton failed several field sobriety tests and registered a blood alcohol content of .15%, nearly twice the legal limit. She was charged with DWI and will appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
