State Police in Jamestown charged a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania man with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Interstate 86. Troopers pulled a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-86 near Falconer on Friday and smelled marijuana emanating from the vehicle. After searching the vehicle and its occupants, a passenger -- 32-year-old James Heimberger -- was allegedly found to have a bag containing four grams of marijuana. Heimberger was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
