State Police stopped a Jamestown man on Route 60 in Jamestown after observing a traffic violation. 33 year old Richard Michael failed several SFST's, which lead to his arrest. He was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .11. A review of Michael's driving record revealed his driving privileges were revoked due to a refusal to submit to a breath test in 2013. Michael is facing DWI, and 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and 1st degree AUO. He was processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
