A Jamestown man has been charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after State Police found the motorist parked in the middle of Chandler Street in Jamestown on Monday. While speaking to the driver, 24-year-old Jose Diaz, troopers say they smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search located marijuana in a cigarillo wrap. Diaz will appear in Jamestown City Court next month.
