A Falconer man faces one count of 2nd-degree criminal contempt following an altercation Friday evening in the Town of Ellery. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers responded to 3133 Dutch Hollow Road at about 6:30 PM. A person at the residence told deputies that 31-year-old Omar Marrero violated an order of protection. Marrero will appear in Ellery Town Court to answer the charge.
