Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers charged an Erie, Pennsylvania man with drunk driving Saturday evening in the Town of French Creek. Deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Old Road shortly after 10:15 PM and found that 27-year-old Frankie Fosco was allegedly intoxicated. Further investigation found that he was also allegedly in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and an open container of alcohol. Fosco will appear in French Creek Town Court on charges of DWI, speed over 55 MPH, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
