State Police in Jamestown arrested a Falconer man on Monday on a felony drunk driving charge. Troopers pulled over a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Jeremy Green for traffic violations on I-86 near Falconer and took him into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. Green was taken to the State Police Jamestown barracks, where he refused to provide a breath sample. A check of Green's driving record revealed that he had three DWI convictions within the last 10 years. In addition to the felony DWI charge, Green was charged with 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation due to have a revoked licensed for multiple alcohol-related incidents. He was arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. Green was also ticketed for driving without an interlock device.
