A Cattaraugus County man was taken into custody early Sunday morning on a warrant for violation of probation. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies saw 46-year-old Brian Lycett pull into his driveway on Cherry Street in South Dayton, operating a tractor at about 12:15 AM. Once deputies confirmed Lycett's identity, they arrested him on the warrant. He is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail.
