A Ripley man is facing drunk driving-related charges after he drove his vehicle off the road in the Town of Ripley late Saturday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies saw 35-year-old Thomas Duncan drive off of Route 20 atop a large snow bank just before midnight. An investigation determined that Duncan was intoxicated. He was issued tickets for DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and driving across hazard markings.
