A Fredonia man is facing a number of charges after his vehicle went off the road in Erie County. The Buffalo News reports that a car driven by 23-year-old Adam Korzeniewski went off the road Friday afternoon at the Route 219 off-ramp at Big Tree Road. Korzeniewski told Orchard Park Town Police that he lost control of his car on black ice. After officers administered field sobriety tests, Korzeniewski was arrested on charges of DWI, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or greater), failure to keep right, and imprudent speed. According to the report, Korzeniewski was awaiting bail late Friday afternoon.
