A woman from Cattaraugus was charged with DWI and failure to keep right following a traffic stop early Sunday morning in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 39 shortly after 2:30 AM. Upon further investigation, 37-year-old Wendi Locicero was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state. Locicero will answer her charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
