An Ashville man is facing charges after he was found asleep at the wheel Saturday morning in the Town of Harmony. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a vehicle stopped in the road at the intersection of Baker Street Extension and Route 474 just after 5:30 AM. Further investigation found that 28-year-old Andrew Gesaman was operating his vehicle while intoxicated. Gesaman will appear in Harmony Town Court on charges of DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and stopped/standing in a roadway.
