A 41-year-old Dunkirk man is accused of driving while after getting his vehicle stuck in a yard. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a location on Brigham Road shortly after 5:45 AM Wednesday. On arrival, deputies found the vehicle and determined that the driver, Bruce DeJesus, was allegedly impaired by drugs while driving the vehicle. DeJesus is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
