Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers have charged an Ashville man with DWI following a traffic stop in the Town of Chautauqua. Deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 394 at about 3:15 AM Sunday and determined that 28-year-old James Hupcej was allegedly intoxicated. Hupcej was charged with DWI and failure to keep right, and he is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
