State Police charged two Jamestown men with unlawful possession of marijuana during separate traffic stops on Monday. One of the stops occurred on East 2nd Street, where 30-year-old Hector Carrillo-Santos was pulled over for a traffic violation. While speaking with Carrillo-Santos, troopers smelled marijuana emanating from his vehicle, and they allegedly found him in possession of a marijuana cigarette. Troopers also pulled over 35-year-old Vincent Capizzi for a traffic violation on Foote Avenue Extension in the Town of Kiantone and smelled marijuana emanating from his vehicle. Capizzi was allegedly found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette. Both men were issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and will appear in court at a later date.
