A Brocton woman was charged with drunk driving after she was seen parked at a village business after hours. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers saw the parked vehicle at the business on Route 20 at about 2:45 AM Friday and determined that the driver, 39-year-old Lisa Merrill, was intoxicated. Merrill was arraigned in Brocton Village Court on charges of DWI and refusal to take a breath test, then was released on her own recognizance.
