Standard WDOE Contest Rules (below) apply.   ___     Standard Contest Rules    The following are contest rules for WBKX and WDOE.  These rules apply and pertain to both WBKX and WDOE simultaneously. A winning household(*)of a prize given away on-the-air (**) by one Chadwick Bay station must wait 30 days before winning a prize given away on-the-air on the other Chadwick Bay station.  One winner per household is allowed every 30 days in contests played Monday through Friday on-the-air, through Facebook or by entering a keyword at chautauquatoday.com.   In addition, one winner per household is allowed every 90 days in contests involving registration at client locations, or the awarding of cash prizes or lottery tickets on either station.  Chadwick Bay Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary for any contest; the right to broadcast the name and/or recordings of the winners, and to change, alter, or modify the rules of any contest at any time.  All prize winners are responsible for any expenses and liabilities incurred by themselves and their accompanying party in the use and acquisition of their  prizes. If the winner is under 18, all liabilities associated with the prize are assumed by their legal parent or guardian.  Prizes must be claimed by the winner at the Chadwick Bay Broadcasting Studios between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays within 30 days or face forfeiture of the prize.  All prizes must be claimed by the prizewinner.  (When concert or event tickets are prizes, they must be claimed by 5 p.m. the day prior to the concert/event or face forfeiture).Valid identification is required. (*)   Pertaining to all persons living in the same household. (**) Prizes which require listening to and/or calling the radio station participation through Facebook, entering a keyword at chautauquatoday.com to win - and not involving cash, lottery tickets, or registration at a location other than at the radio station or at a radio station event.   Listen here Your prizes can be picked up at Main Reception at 4561 willow road during the hours of 11-4, Monday through Friday.  We’re closed on major holidays and may close early the day before/after these holidays.  Please call ahead to be sure we will be open.  Be sure to bring your government issues photo ID.  If you would like someone else to pick up a prize for you, they must have a note from you allowing them to collect your prize. You can also arrange with us beforehand for someone to pick up your prize.  You can win once every 30 days with our stations.  You have 30 calendar days to pick up your prize, or it will be forfeited.  Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
