Authorities in Cattaraugus County have arrested two men for allegedly growing marijuana plants behind their residences. Members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, State Police, State DEC, and Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office were conducting marijuana eradication Friday morning and located a number of plants at residences in Perrysburg and the Town of Persia. 66-year-old Peter Calhoun of Perrysburg and 68-year-old Terry Winfield of Persia were taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing marijuana.
