Police have seized a quantity of crack cocaine and made two arrests after a routine traffic stop in the city of Jamestown late Monday night. Jamestown Police say they stopped 48-year-old Timothy Hopkins of Celeron for failing to signal on Falconer Street. During the stop, police discovered that the front seat passenger, 37-year-old Daryel Cotton of Buffalo had the crack in his possession. Hopkins was also found to possession a small quantity of crack. Both were transported to the Jamestown city jail where they are awaiting arraignment on the charges.
