They don't have control yet, but Terry and Kim Pegula are a step closer to becoming the next owners of the Buffalo Bills. The National Football League's finance committee today gave unanimous approval to the Pegulas. The final step in the process is a vote at the fall owner's meetings in New York City on October 8th. Following today's meeting, Terry Pegula told the media that they did not consider themselves to be NFL owners just yet. The Pegulas paid a record-breaking $1.4 billion to acquire the Bills.
