Governor says he believes the SAFE Act is such a strong issue, especially in Western New York, that it could help the GOP ticket on Election Day.  Chemung County Sheriff Chris Moss is Rob Astorino's running mate in the race for Governor and in a conference call with Congressman Tom Reed, Moss told WDOE News he felt they could reach a lot of voters who typically stay home on Election Day.
