A 19-year-old Stockton man has been ticketed for not wearing a seat belt after a crash on Cemetery Road in the town of Stockton last night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies say Robert Keech allegedly swerved his vehicle to miss a deer in the roadway. He veered off the road and traveled about 40 to 50 yards through an open field before hitting a tree head on. Stockton rescuers transported to Keech to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment.
