Dunkirk Police make two heroin related arrests within 24 hours (Updated)

Dunkirk Police working with the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force are cracking down on heroin sales in the city and have made two arrests within 24 hours. Police rounded up 36-year-old Yolando Maldonado-Classen around 9:30 am today on a warrant for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree stemming from an ongoing investigation. She allegedly sold quantities of heroin to agents of the Task Force in the city of Dunkirk. Last night, police picked up 41-year-old Raymond Santiago Rodriguez, who is also facing charges for allegedly selling heroin to undercover agents.
