A Dunkirk man is facing drug related charges after he was found sleeping in the driver's seat of a car that was left running at the intersection of Aldrich and Middle Roads in the town of Sheridan yesterday morning. County Sheriff's deputies say 32-year-old Derrick Repasch had his foot on the brake of the vehicle, the engine running and the transmission in drive. Repasch is facing driving while ability impaired by drugs, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and parked on the pavement.
