Authorities have made another arrest in connection with the sale of crack cocaine in the City of Dunkirk. On Friday, Dunkirk Police, along with agents of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, arrested 21-year-old Nelson Rodriguez of 79 Lincoln Avenue on an outstanding warrant. Rodriguez is alleged to have sold quantites of crack to Task Force Agents within the city. He is charged with one count each of 3rd-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. Rodriguez will be arraigned this morning in Dunkirk City Court, then remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail pending further court action.
