The candidates running for the 23rd Congressional District held their third and final debate in Olean Wednesday night. Democrat Martha Robertson's campaign declares her the winner of the debate, saying she distinguished herself as the only person in the race who is looking out for the middle class and working families. She is running against Republican Tom Reed who is seeking his third term in the House. Reed's campaign had declared him the winner of the second debate that was televised last week in Elmira. The candidates also debated the issues in Jamestown, at a local newspaper.
