A vehicle that allegedly ran a red light in Jamestown on Saturday led to charges against the driver and the passenger. State Police in Jamestown say they stopped 41-year-old Marie Smith following the incident on Buffalo Street. Further investigation led to troopers arresting Smith for DWI. They determined she had a BAC of .15 percent. Troopers also charged the passenger, 21-year-old Brittany Smith, with disorderly conduct after she allegedly attempted to interfere with the investigation.
