Strong, damaging winds are the next weather concern for parts of Western New York including Chautauqua County. The National Weather Service is continuing a High Wind Warning until 4 am Tuesday. Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan says that local residents should prepare for the strong winds, including possible power outages.

Meanwhile, Horrigan says there doesn't appear to be any problems in the county from the snow melt following last week's major snowstorms. The National Weather Service is continuing a Flood Warning until 4:15 pm Tuesday. And a Lakeshore Flood Advisory continues until 1 am Tuesday.
