The National Weather Service is continuing a Flood Warning for Northern Chautauqua and Northwestern Cattaraugus counties until 4:15 pm this afternoon. High water in small streams and creeks will continue to produce a risk for minor flooding through today. Minor urban flooding is also possible in low lying and poor drainage areas. No major problems have been reported by various police agencies overnight.
