A Fredonia man has been charged with unlawful possession marijuana after police checked out a suspicious vehicle parked at a local cemetery on Wednesday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say the vehicle was located in the Evergreen Cemetery off Webster Road in the town of Portland. While talking with the driver, 20-year-old Darian Draggett, deputies say they noticed a strong smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and they found Dragett in possession of a small quantity of pot. He'll appear in Portland Town Court at a later date.
