One person was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after a rollover accident this morning in the Town of Ellery. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers and Maple Springs fire crews responded to Route 430 near Chedwell Road shortly after 8:15 AM. An investigation revealed that 39-year-old Adam Greenwald of Lakewood was eastbound on Route 430 when he veered off the road and struck a ditch. Greenwald's vehicle then went airborne, rolled over, and struck a fence. Greenwald was taken to WCA Hospital for treatment. He has been charged with moving from lane unsafely and 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
