2015 Legislative Session Was the Busiest in Seven Years

While it began with major changes in leadership, the New York Public Interest Research Group reports that the 2015 legislative session was the busiest since 2008 in terms of bill passage. NYPIRG says that both houses of the state Legislature passed 718 bills during the six-month session.
